15 years ago, Gigi acquired control of 4 hectares of vineyards with the vision of transforming a small production of table wine into a high-quality product that fully expressed the peculiarities of the land in which he was born and raised.
Together with his brother, his children, and their families, he transformed the 4 hectares into a manicured garden of which he knows and takes care of every single plant.
Even more attention is paid to the work in the cellar. The whole production cycle is managed in an artisanal and rigorous way. His guidelines are very clear: Snidero wines will always be a genuine, honest product - an unadulterated expression of the land where it is produced. Fashions influence tastes. They may affect the clothes we wear or the music we listen to, but not the taste of our wine.
